Payment Options
While many insurance plans cover oral surgery, they may not cover the entire cost. Therefore, payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions about your account, please feel free to contact us. Often, a simple phone call can resolve any misunderstandings.
We will send you a monthly statement, and most insurance companies typically respond within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that timeframe, please call our office. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility, and we appreciate your prompt payment.
